One Saturday morning, two friends went to the bank of a local river to fish, this is something they've been meaning to do for a long time. One is an experienced fisherman and the other is inexperienced.
As they started to fish, the inexperienced fisherman pulled out a small stick from his bag. Everytime he catches any fish he would measure it with the stick, if it's bigger than the stick - he'll say "no" and throw it back into the river but if it's same size the stick or less - he'll put it in his ice bucket.
The experienced fisherman on the other hand put every big fish he caught in his ice box.
After awhile, the experienced fisherman got tired of watching his friend waste big fishes, he then asked " Jimmy, why are you keeping the smaller fishes and throwing the big ones back into the river?"

Then Jimmy replied, I have a small frying pan, any fish bigger than this stick wont fit in it.
No Jimmy, you don't need smaller fishes - you need a bigger frying pan, he replied.
Just like this inexperienced fisherman, so many people are constantly settling for small things; they're afraid to make big plans, dream big dreams and step out of comfort zones.
See, any dream, idea, vision and job God gives you is not bigger than you can handle - you just need to increase your faith, change you thinking pattern and retrain your mind.
The universe is filled with overflowing abundance, God has unlimited resources, and you are His beloved child. You are not inadequate, you just need to see beyond your visible condition. Our God is bigger than any dream or problem you could ever think of.
Remember, whatsoever the mind can conceive, it can achieve. Therefore, no dream or plan is bigger than you can fulfill or achieve.
And when you dream, dream big,
As big as the ocean, blue.
Cause when you dream it might come true. For when you dream, dream big. ~ Ryan Shupe
